Enrolment

Enrolment can be made by downloading our enrolment form or applying in person at our office.

All fees include GST and must be paid at the time of enrolment.  Payment can be made by cash, cheque (made payable to Community Education Wanganui), or by internet banking : Westpac 03 0791 0497147 00.

Payment plans are available by prior arrangement

All courses require a minimum number to go ahead so please enrol early to avoid disappointment.  An accurate email address is essential, as receipts and course information will be emailed to you at the time of enrolment, so please take care when providing your details.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

If you cancel your enrolment more than 7 days before your course/workshop is due to commence, you will receive a 90% refund.  During the week before the course/workshop starts, cancellations will qualify for a 50% refund only.  Refunds will be made by bank transfer, and we will make contact with you by email for your bank account details.

No refunds will be given for cancellations received on or after the start date of the course/workshop.

If a course/workshop does not reach the minimum numbers to start, or is cancelled by us for some other reason, a full refund will be given.
